How it works

Give us your domain and Chatbot.OM reads your published pages: services, prices, policies, opening hours, locations. You then add what is not on the site, either as uploaded documents or as short written answers, and changes take effect on the next message.

Every answer the chatbot gives is grounded in that material. Where a question falls outside it, the chatbot says it will check rather than improvising, and the gap is logged for you to fill.

Why grounding matters commercially

A chatbot that improvises about delivery times, warranty terms, or prices creates commitments you have to honour or explain away. Neither is cheap. Grounding every answer in your own published material removes that category of risk.

It also makes the chatbot auditable. When a customer says they were told something, you can open the conversation and see exactly which source the answer came from.

The gap report is the useful part

Within a fortnight of going live, the list of questions the chatbot could not answer becomes the single most useful document your business has about its own customers. It is a ranked list of what people want to know and cannot find.
