WordPress and Chatbot.OM
A plugin that puts Chatbot.OM on your WordPress site without touching a theme file.
What it does
Install the plugin, paste your site key, and the widget appears. No theme editing, no child theme, and nothing that breaks the next time your theme updates.
The plugin also tells the chatbot which pages and posts exist, so newly published content is picked up for answering without waiting for a re-crawl.
Setting it up
Install from the plugin file we provide, enter your site key, and choose where the widget appears. You can exclude specific pages, such as checkout or account pages, where a chat window would be in the way.
It works with common caching and optimisation plugins, because the widget loads asynchronously rather than being rendered into the cached page.
