The same chatbot events are available, so you can start simple and move a scenario to Make when the logic outgrows a straight line.
Setting it up
Connect with an API key and build scenarios against the Chatbot.OM modules. Webhook triggers give near-immediate execution rather than polling on a schedule.
Error handling and retry behaviour are configured in Make, so a downstream system being briefly unavailable does not lose the event.
