What it does

Leads, escalations, ticket breaches, and negative conversations arrive in the Teams channel you nominate, each with a summary and a link to the full thread. Handovers can be claimed from the message.

Setting it up

Add the connector to the team and channel you want, then choose which events it receives. Different channels can take different event types.

Permissions are scoped to posting in the channels you select rather than to your whole tenant.
